A large portion of our business is weekend traffic from residents of Grand Cayman. We are perfectly suited for weekend getaways for several reasons:
The layout of our property is more like an open row of cottages than a compact resort. Guests here are left to do what they want as opposed to being grouped with everyone else.
The services at the Hungry Iguana plus the availability of the kitchenettes in the villas allow residents to avoid expensive forced meal plans and therefore economize on their overall expenditures. Almost all residents bring a cooler with breakfast and other food plus some ‘Happy Hour’ supplies with them.
We are located right at the end of the airstrip and we are very close to the grocery store and car rental. Everything you need is close by.
