This was the third trip to Little Cayman and Paradise Villas. Wouldn't stay at any other resort on the island. Paradise Villas is small, quiet and everything in Blossom Village is in walking distance. Bicycles are available if you want to explore the rest of the island (always a good idea); most of the roads are paved and the riding is easy. The rooms are spacious and clean and all are on the ocean with covered porches facing the water. The restaurant is at the resort and the food is excellent. The best part of Paradise Villas is the staff -- some of the nicest people you'll find anywhere. If you want to visit Little Cayman you can't find a better place to stay.

We have stayed at Paradise Villas several years over the December holiday. The staff is so friendly that you can walk up and have a conversation at any hour. At Paradise Villas, the options are all on property with a restaurant/bar, swimming pool, beach with lounge chairs and hammocks, and bikes if you ever want to leave. We went fishing, hiking, snorkeling, and kayaking, but managed to squeeze in a few relaxing days on the beach, too. Paradise Villas is within walking distance to the airport, grocery and liquor store, bank, car rental, and museums. My 18-year-old daughter and 80-year-old mother both enjoyed themselves, so everyone won! Highly recommended for both location and hospitality.

We stayed at Paradise Villas last March and dove with Conch Club Divers. We had such a great time that we went back again last week - and brought 12 of our diving friends with us. Everyone had a great time and had no complaints about either the resort or the dive operator.

All of the other resorts are all inclusives. Paradise Villas has a good restaurant right next door and you can dine at the other resorts if you choose. The view from the porch is unquestionably the best to be had on the island and the service is just right. Whether snorkeling or diving is your thing, there couldn't be easier access to the water and premier dive operations.

We recently returned from an 8 day trip to Paradise Villas (our second visit) where we shared a villa with another couple with whom we travel and dive together frequently. We typically travel to different dive destinations but are so glad that we came back to PV after several years? absence. The resort is still managed by the same gracious and friendly folks who were so helpful in every aspect, including Marc and Sabine who manage the resort, Emma who met us at the airport, Michelle who cleaned our villa, and Rebecca who quickly responded our initial questions by e-mail. There is so much that we enjoyed about the villas that made for a great stay, including its cleanliness, comfortable beds, great little appointed kitchen, nice sitting area, bathroom with amenities, bar and restaurant, WIFI that kept us connected to family members, and location. We especially enjoyed the seaside porch where we sat each morning sipping our coffee while watching the sunrise.

My husband and I stayed at Paradise Villas for 2 weeks and enjoyed the waterfront view, friendly staff and the kitchenette. This island has the friendliest people that I have ever encountered!!! During our stay we dove with Conch Club Divers and it's clear that the staff enjoy their work and therefore everyone has a GREAT experience. We dove with Bill, Anne, and Matt and we will return to dive with them again. Anne is hysterical and one of the most entertaining dive masters that I have ever encountered! The crew is very safety conscious, professional and puts forth a lot of effort to make everyone feel comfortable. Overall a very enjoyable and fun experience!!!!!

Helpful Tips: PV is within walking distance of the store and you can purchase anything that you find at a mini-mart plus items such as frozen turkey, cheese, taco kits, fresh fruit and vegetables Prices are very high, expect to pay double and bring your own packaged food. If you want to save some cash bring your own chips, condiment packets, coffee or tea. We went without sugar in our coffee as we refused to buy a 2 lb bag at the store. In the room you have access to a toaster, portable stove range, coffeepot and microwave. There's limited reading material here so stock up on books, magazines or your kindle. You can even donate your old book to the library at PV or in the Trust building. The internet worked in our room and we were able to use SKYPE on our porch, the best connection in the room is closest to the office. The TV has a DVD player in it and you can rent DVDs at the store from a small collection. The airport is next door but did not bother us at all.

CCD offers to come pick you up at PV , we took advantage of this and occasionally we rode our bikes that PV provide for a small fee. It's nice being within walking distance of the store and 5-10 min. biking distance from CCD pier and other restaurants. Reef diver's bar has great burgers and other bar food. Pirates Point is a lot of fun for diner and Gladys is hysterical! Make it a point to have diner there one night (ask for sushi night) and make sure to call 24 hours ahead of time to get your name on the list. It?s an easy bike ride there but bring a flashlight for the ride back. They?ll also provide transportation if you prefer. Go check out the iguanas at the museum property, there are about 40 of them and on a sunny day they come out to you. It's frowned upon to feed them. Our favorite spot was Point of Sand beach, rent a scooter or car by the store and go see it. It's the most beautiful beach we've ever seen and we were the only people there.

Paradise Villas is a fantastic place to stay. Little Cayman Island is a peaceful outdoor location that is perfect for relaxing and doing nothing. The villas are the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities in the units include cooking facilities, a living room area separate from the sleeping area and a lovely porch 50 feet from the sea. The Hungry Iguana restaurant offers adequate meals, and the local grocery store is just a two minute walk from the Villas. Conch Club Divers provides the finest service for scuba diving and snorkeling, with daily pickup at Paradise Villas; they are friendly divemasters with a strong emphasis on safety and in-depth knowledge of the gorgeous local dive sites. The island has awesome snorkeling areas right from shore, and Bloody Bay Marine Park has some of the world's best diving. The reef life is lush with many hard and soft corals, turtles, fish, conchs, grouper, sharks, rays, eels and other awesome sightings on every dive; we have even seen seahorse, squid, octopus and other rare creatures in Bloody Bay. This is an awesome vacation destination for those who are looking to spend time in a tranquil natural environment; no phones, no need for a car, no entertainment venues -- just a tranquil tropical island with the beautiful Caribbean Sea at your front door.

The Kaelins December 2010 - We are a family of 4 with two teenagers and just spent a long weekend diving Little Cayman with Conch Club Divers staying at Paradise Villas. This was our first trip to Little Cayman. We had a great time. Beautiful island and nice people. Paradise Villas promptly responded to our pre trip email inquiries and did a wonderful job answering all our questions. We booked two rooms and PV arranged our diving with CCD. On arrival, we were met by Sabine at the airport and check in and getting settled in was a snap. The office and rooms are a short walk from the airport and Marc drove our bags from the airport and put them by our rooms. If you have not been to Little Cayman before, don't be concerned about the proximity of the airport to the resort. There is no traffic and no noise. A small plane lands a few times a day. The accomodations were perfect. Clean, spacious and right on the water. There was plenty of room inside and out for all our dive gear and peferct spots for hanging and drying out our gear after a morning of diving. Housekeeping came by everyday and did a nice job - even cleaning the coffee maker! We at our lunches and dinners at the Hungry Iguana. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the inside of the Hungry Iguana. The restaurant is cozy, comfortable with tables and booths. We dined inside and out and enjoyed all of our meals. The staff was friendly and attentive. The menu was varied enough to satisfy everyone's tastes. Bicycles were available for peddling around which was a lot of fun. We rode down to the small grocery store and visitor center. We rented scooters one day from Scootin Scooters and rode around the island and to Point of Sand. Well worth it and Scooter Bruce was nice to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our diving in Little Cayman. Diving the wall, swim throughs and seeing our first sharks were the highlights. CCD were excellent. Bill, Ann and Matt were professional, friendly, informative, helpful and were just plain fun to be around. Good people, just like the folks at Paradise Villas. We loved the low key quiet island vibe and everyone we met was nice and friendly. PV and CCD was a perfect combination for us. For our departure, Marc and Sabine went out of their way to contact the airlines and inquire about our ability to make a tight connection in Grand Cayman. We appreciated the effort and thanks to their help we had no trouble making our flight. We will definitely be back and would recommend PV and CCD to anyone looking to dive and relax in a casual beautiful setting. Tom Kaelin.

Thanks for the great vacation. The rooms were comfortable, all of the management staff was professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. The diving was wonderful. All in all, I would highly recommend Paradise Villas and Conch Divers to anyone looking to vacation at Little Cayman. Thanks for everything.

We just returned home from our vacation on Little Cayman Island and we want to thank you and the staff for making this one of our best dive trips. Nothing disappointed us. When we come back to Little Cayman we will stay with Paradise Villas and dive with Conch Club Divers. Both are first rate.
